Building stronger communities through restorative practices
The RJ Learning Collective is an immersive experience for executive leaders and senior staff who are ready to integrate restorative justice into the heart of their organizations. Over the course of six months, participants will meet monthly online and convene in person twice. Participants will also receive up to six hours of individualized coaching to deepen their practice, sustain equity, and lead with accountability and care.
Together, we are creating spaces where restorative justice is not only practiced, but lived — in organizations, in communities, and across Chicago.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1
Complete the Application Form
Share information about the organization, its restorative justice practice, and goals for joining the cohort.
Step 2
Complete the Restorative Justice Organizational Self-Assessment
This helps us understand strengths, growth areas, and readiness. This should be completed at the time of submitting the application.
Step 3
Confirm Participation(if selected)
Organizations selected will complete the sliding-scale contribution or scholarship form ($250–$500 per organization, covering up to two leaders)
