Restorative Justice Learning Collective

The RJ Learning Collective is an immersive experience for executive leaders and senior staff who are ready to integrate restorative justice into the heart of their organizations. Over the course of six months, participants will meet monthly online and convene in person twice. Participants will also receive up to six hours of individualized coaching to deepen their practice, sustain equity, and lead with accountability and care.

Together, we are creating spaces where restorative justice is not only practiced, but lived — in organizations, in communities, and across Chicago.
